How do we send orders? 
All standard delivery purchases made within Australia are posted with Australia Post, Couriers Please, Startrack, Fastway or TNT (depending on your location). All express delivery orders are sent via Australia Post and require a signature upon delivery. 

Do we ship internationally? 
We do not currently offer international shipping. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 
All orders will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Please note there may be delays due to public holidays, school holidays or the weather. 
Once orders are picked up from our Geelong warehouse, we estimate the time it takes for a delivery to be completed as follows:


Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: 1-3 business days.
Adelaide: 2-4 business days.
Perth & Tasmania: 5-7 business days.
Regional hubs (eg Wollongong, Gold Coast and Geelong): 2-4 business days.


Remote regional areas can take longer for delivery. For these deliveries, please allow a slightly longer time frame.

Can I collect from your warehouse in Geelong? 
Due to strict occupational health and safety concerns it is not safe to have customers visit our premises. If you need your order urgently, please opt for the Express Post option at the checkout. 

Can I track my order? 
Yes you can. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to say your order is on its way. There will be a link to 'view your order' and this will display the status of your order. If you have any difficulties, you can contact our friendly customer service department on 0352 402 000 or email sales@kaisercraft.com.au - and they will be able to advise accordingly. 

How do I change my address once I've placed my order? 
We are unable to change any details or contents of an order including addresses once it has been shipped, If you notice that you've entered the incorrect address, please contact us immediately.

What method of payments do we accept? 
We only accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard: $10.00 Australia wide
Express: $15.00 Australia wide

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Your order will need to come to a total of $60 or more to qualify for free shipping.

How can I be removed from your email newsletter?
1) Open any newsletter sent to you by Kaiser Style
2) Scroll to the bottom of the newsletter and click 'unsubscribe'

If I order multiple items, will they all be sent together?
Yes, if you order different items we will send them together, as long as they are going to the same delivery address. If you want them to be split up and sent to different addresses, then there may be different couriers delivering your parcel and different delivery times.

If I have a Kaisercraft loyalty card, can Kaiser Style online purchases be used to count towards redeeming the rewards?
No, unfortunately our Kaisercraft loyalty card can not be used on our Kaiser Style online store to redeem rewards.
